The head of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation, Anton Kotyakov, said that graduates of Russian colleges and universities have problems finding employment in their specialty.
Kotyakov said that the authorities are working to eliminate the “distortion in the economy”, which consists in training specialists who cannot find themselves in the market.
A six-year labor market forecast, taking into account the development of technology and new professions, will solve this problem, Kotyakov said.
