Kostroma dog breeders took 3rd place in the Cup of Russia in cynological sports

The Kostroma Regional Committee for Physical Culture and Sports announces the successful performance of Kostroma dog breeders at the All-Russian competitions of trainers at the Russian Cup in cynological sports (agility standard).
In the competition, which took place on March 6-7 in the Moscow equestrian center “Maxima Park”, 42 teams from 19 regions of the Russian Federation competed in training their pets. 233 breeders took their pets to the playground, among which were 11 Kostroma cynologists: Ekaterina Babynina, Svetlana Sokolova, Ella Mitina, Ekaterina Kolchina, Stanislav Kurochkin, Anastasia Sorokina, Olga Stupnikova, Irina Dyakonova, Olga Arapova, Evgenia Rysakova, Diana Kolesnikova.
According to the results of the team agility relay race (pupils of Stanislav Kurochkin, Diana Kolesnikova and Ekaterina Bobynina took part in the overall standings), Kostroma residents took third place. But one of the team members – Stanislav Kurochkin – his border collie named Kip-the-Dream showed the best results in the medium category, which provided his owner with a gold medal in the individual championship.
