Russian striker of the Cypriot football club “Aris” Alexander Kokorin scored the fastest goal in the history of the Cyprus championship, reported TASS Arisa press service.
Kokorin scored a goal in the 12th second of the Arisa match with AEL. The meeting took place as part of the 26th round of the Cypriot Championship. Aris won with a score of 4:0, Kokorin also scored the team’s second goal in the 6th minute.
Previously the Cyprus Sports Journalists Union admitted Kokorina is the best football player in the country in 2023. He moved to Aris from Fiorentina in August 2022. In the 2022/23 season, he played for Aris on loan. Cyprus Footballers Association admitted his best player of the season.
