The cost of the work was estimated at 6.5 million rubles. However, after signing the work acceptance certificate, it turned out that the repair was done poorly. Khabensky asked to return the money, but it soon turned out that the head of the company was declared bankrupt and the procedure for restructuring his debts began. The actor wrote a statement to the court and asked to be included in the register of creditors of the debtor with an amount of 5.9 million rubles.
