The scandalous actor Alexei Panin, as you know, left Russia some time ago, criticizing the special military operation. Now fans regularly follow his posts on social networks, where he talks about his life. On the one hand, one gets the impression that everything seems to be fine with Panin. He lives and does not deny himself anything. The only question fans have is: what does he live off of? Because, judging by his posts on social networks, all he does is relax: constant videos from the beach, from home. Not so long ago, however, Panin held master classes, but how much he earned from them in a small town, one can only guess. But, apparently, not much, if his daughter even went to work as a waitress.

The former bride of Prokhor Chaliapin, actress Anna Kalashnikova, is also the owner of housing in Spain, and just not far from the actor’s place of residence. The girl told MK about the difficulties of life in Spain.

“After the rumors about the taking away of housing from the Russians appeared, my parents and I are shaking, we don’t understand what to do. We’ve tried to sell the house several times. Five years ago I bought this apartment, now it has the same price. It turns out unprofitable. Prices first rose, then fell, as a result, no income. Housing has been closed for three years, I don’t rent it out, I pay crazy taxes, I pay for a communal apartment. In the apartment, all our things, even children’s things, from which the child has already grown. But finding a buyer is not easy.

– Why?

– Nobody wants to fly there, because it takes three days to get through the forest, I apologize for the expression. And neither can we. Now the logistics are very difficult due to the cancellation of direct flights. No one has time and health. My apartment is located on the second coastline, and the first is generally nearby. It’s very beautiful, delicious, and used to be convenient: a direct flight from Moscow to Alicante: 4.5 hours. We were happy for three years, we flew, but now we don’t have such an opportunity. Aleksey Panin and Natasha Sturm live on our southern coast, Dana Borisova seems to have had something too. Actors have a lot of real estate there. It was an analogue of the Russian Rublyovka in Spain. It’s just that the season is very warm there – you can swim until December.

– What does the departed Alexei and our other stars live on?

– Most likely, they managed to earn money before moving, they invested something in the same cryptocurrency. It’s just that it’s not so easy for Russian artists to find a good job abroad. If you need to get settled quickly, then, as a rule, this is a real estate business. In general, now many rushed to Dubai to engage in real estate: they sell, rent and earn very well. Someone did the same in Spain. It’s beneficial anyway. Although prices do not grow so fast in Spain, real estate transactions are still profitable, if you are closely involved in this, you live there.

– What about performances? Can Alexey Panin earn a lot as an artist?

– If we are talking about some performances, concerts, then this is a maximum of some private performances, because although there is a Russian community there, it is not as solvent as in the same Dubai, Monaco, even in Italy. I don’t see that in Spain there are concerts and festivals every day. There, the main income is through social networks and real estate. There is an option to open a restaurant, but all these establishments have a very low profitability – they are seasonal. There is nothing to do in Spain in winter. Now it’s December – everything is dying out there.

– After Galkin moved to Israel (recognized as an agent in Russia), his income fell: he no longer receives as much for performances as in his homeland. According to unofficial information from the distributors, only 10 thousand euros are paid for the concert. Do artists have the same problem in Spain?

– Yes, I think that in Spain, artists will receive even less. There is simply no such mass popularity among our stars. Yes, and there are not as many Russians as in the same Israel. If we take the area where we live, there are small towns, there are not even large concert halls there. Yes, there are film festivals, but they are quite small. I have been several times, they invited me like a star, they paid for the flight and accommodation, but they are not capable of more. They cannot offer actors any fees for participation. It was interesting for me to participate in this, because I lived there at that time. It is hardly possible to get some big creative fees in Spain, unless you are a star of a cosmic scale.
