Tiny Rita was hospitalized with injuries to the Children’s Republican Clinical Hospital in Ulan-Ude. According to investigators, “the child was forcefully thrown to the floor during a drunken quarrel by her mother’s friend.” During the fall, the girl received numerous injuries, including fractures of the bones of the skull.

The sadist was arrested. A criminal case has been initiated under the article “intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm committed against a minor”. Punishment – up to ten years in prison. The woman has already been charged, since yesterday she has been in jail.

As MK learned from the girls’ friends, the suspect, 24-year-old Lyudmila, and 25-year-old Elena, whose daughter she almost killed, are both single mothers, and for two years they lived together in Lyudmila’s house in the village of Koma. Lyudmila herself has three children from different men. The eldest boy is now in the first grade, and there are also two daughters, four and two years old.

The Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Buryatia reports that “both raised their young children, did not work anywhere, lived on child benefits, and abused alcohol.”

People who know Lyudmila were not surprised by her atrocity. Despite three children, she did not stop drinking and walking. She was convicted of theft, prosecuted under the article on extortion. A longtime acquaintance described her like this: “She’s still a tearaway.” As a mutual friend of the girls told MK, Lyudmila was deprived of parental rights in relation to her first son, now he is being raised by the parents of the boy’s father (who, by the way, is also deprived of parental rights). She simply abandoned the child and moved to another village.

“Lena temporarily lived in Lyudmila’s house, everything happened there,” their friend told MK. – There is terrible dirt in her house, she lives with her children in unsanitary conditions, but guardianship was silent due to the fact that Lyudmila’s mother is a local deputy, she always covered her both from the investigation and from guardianship …

A former classmate of Lyudmila told MK that even at school she was in conflict with many, even getting into fights: “Maybe this is due to the fact that she was the eldest child in the family and all responsibilities were dumped on her. Honestly, I felt sorry for her at school.” Then Lyudmila got into bad company, began to steal. “I wasn’t surprised by what she did,” the classmate concluded. – It’s a pity for the mutilated child, but I think that the mother is good too – she found someone to live with. I hope they put Lyudmila in jail.”

Elena’s friends expose her as a victim and protect her in every possible way.

– Lena is a good girl, she made herself, although her mother drank. She broke through life as best she could, tried to earn money wherever she could, – says a resident of the same village.

The details of that night “MK” told a friend of Lena:

– Lyudmila appropriated the money that Lena received for Rita. Lena became indignant and said that she also wanted to buy something for her child. They fought, Lyudmila threw Lena out the door and locked herself from the inside. Lena saw through the window how Luda went to the room where little Rita was sleeping and wanted to hit the baby with a ladle. But the young man, who was also there with them that night, covered the child with himself. But then she still seized the moment, grabbed the baby and threw it “with all the dope” on the floor.

Elena herself told us about their relationship:

– We have known each other since 2014, studied together at the school, then our communication ceased. And in 2020, when she gave birth to her daughter Kira (the youngest girl) and her partner left her, she wrote to me: “Come, I feel bad!”. I decided to support her, because she had 4-month-old Kira and two-year-old Ulyana in her arms. She invited me to go with her to Coma, said that she had a house there. And I agreed. In May, I myself gave birth to a daughter, after the hospital I lived with Luda for three months. Then she rented a house for herself, but she constantly brought her children and asked to sit with them. Luda was infuriated that I moved out of her. Everyone knows that I constantly sat with her children while she was walking …

Lena also said that Lyudmila took away her children’s payments, which are about 30 thousand a month, and spent them on herself and her children. She explained it this way: when she applied for benefits for her daughter, she did not have her own phone, and her card was tied to the number of her “girlfriend”. And she just transferred the money to herself. Then Lena bought herself a phone, connected to the bank and saw everything. She didn’t even know how much money she “dripped”.

So you didn’t live together anymore? And why did she have them that night?

– I ran out of firewood there, I was looking for a car who could transport it to me, and we agreed with Lyuda that I would stay with her daughter for the time being. That night we quarreled over this money, she said that I gave birth from a “chock”, called my child a “bastard”, and after that I hit her, and away we go …

How is your daughter now?

– I am now with her in the hospital, we will stay there for another two weeks. Disability, thank God, does not threaten, as the doctor said, but some time will have to be observed.
