“I don’t complain about my age,” says Bedros. — We have a saying in Bulgaria: “It is important, when you wake up, to thank God for giving you one more day. I do it! And how many more days I will have is not up to us to decide. But I wake up with an optimistic mood and try not to lose heart. This is my main rule.
“I have a law: I do gymnastics every day for forty minutes,” he continues to share the secrets of longevity. – I do it right lying on the bed – I can’t stand up, because my back hurts. I have special exercises that help a lot. Immediately after gymnastics, I take a contrast shower. After that, you instantly respawn! And, of course, the main thing: you need to walk, walk, walk more. Walking is life! I recommend to everyone. Don’t sit at home – get dressed and go for a walk!
– When I go out into the street, the fans recognize me. But it makes me happy too. I don’t turn my back on anyone, I answer everyone. My people are interested in different things, they ask about this and that, they ask for advice. I talk to everyone. I send my songs to those who wish. Then they tell me: “This song helped me survive a difficult situation in my life!”
“We have a very good relationship with Philip: I have a golden son,” Bedros assures. “But I try not to go to him with my problems once again. He is following me!
