The NHK television channel reported that the operator of the emergency Fukushima-1 nuclear power plant located in Japan, the TERCO company, has now completed the third stage of discharging treated water from the Fukushima-1 nuclear power plant into the sea.

Let us remind you that it was previously reported that the third batch of low-radioactive water was being discharged into the sea. The discharge occurs through the ALPS system, the tritium concentration in the water was at the level of 55-77 becquerels per liter.

“Today, company representatives announced that the discharge of treated water has been completed. During this procedure, no problems arose; everything worked as usual,” noted a TEPSO representative.
