Figure skater Kamila Valieva will be stripped of all the titles she has won since the start of her disqualification. SHOT writes about this.
The Telegram channel notes that Valieva will lose nine titles won since December 25, 2021. The figure skater managed to become the champion of Russia and Europe in 2022, the champion of Russia in jumping, and won gold at two stages of the Russian Grand Prix 2022/2023.
Alexandra Trusova will now become the Russian champion, and Anna Shcherbakova will become the 2022 European champion.
Earlier it became known that the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) suspended Valieva for four years for violating anti-doping rules. The court’s decision can be appealed to the Swiss Federal Court within 30 days.
