Indian space station sent to the moon

The Indian unmanned space station Chandrayaan-3 was launched into orbit towards the moon, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the Indian Space Research Organization.
The station has previously completed a revolution around the Earth, and is currently moving towards a lunar orbit, which, according to it, will reach on August 5th.
In the future, the station will perform a series of maneuvers to take it to the final orbit at a distance of about 100 kilometers from the surface of the moon.
In the future, a mission is planned directly to the surface of the moon. On August 17, the lander will separate from the station, which, according to calculations, will land on August 23.
Reportedly, the Chandrayaan-3 mission is intended to correct possible errors made during the launch of the previous Chandrayaan-2 mission, which failed in 2019.
