In the capital of Primorye today, November 27, at about 12:00 local time (5:00 Moscow time), an accident occurred on the main heating pipeline. As a result, more than 6 thousand residents of Vladivostok were left without heating and hot water supply in their apartments, reported Prosecutor’s Office of Primorye.
The accident is being eliminated. The supervisory agency intends to assess “compliance with legal requirements for the maintenance and servicing of heating networks, compliance with the regulatory deadline for repairing breakdowns.”
According to forecast Primhydromet, today in Vladivostok it is expected to be –3–5°C.
November 9 in one of the microdistricts of the capital of Primorye happened emergency disconnection of consumers from electricity, heat and hot water supply. Then, according to the Primorye prosecutor’s office, more than 20 thousand citizens were left without heat and light.
