The Russian Guard and the Ministry of Education are working on a personal security information system that will make it possible via SMS to notify everyone in an educational institution about a danger, as well as notify private security of an emergency, Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of Private Security (GUVO) of the Russian Guard, Alexander, said at parliamentary hearings of the State Duma committee Parfenchik.
The deputy head of the GUVO added that the society “New Technologies of Security Organizations “Peresvet”” will work on the implementation of the new system together with the Russian Guard and the Ministry of Education.
Last October edition ComNews announced the completion of a pilot implementation of a personal security system in seven educational organizations in the Moscow region, Kazan and Chelyabinsk.
The ComNews report states that the development of the software for the Peresvet system was carried out by IconSoft, which was created in 2019 with the participation of GLONASS JSC.
