The Russian National Guard, together with the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, is developing a personal security information system that allows private security to be notified of danger in an educational institution. Alexander Parfenchik, First Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of Private Security of the Russian Guard, spoke about this on Wednesday, February 21.
Parfenchik noted that this system also makes it possible to send SMS messages to any citizen who will be in close proximity to the school during the incident.
This message was preceded by a request from Head of State Vladimir Putin to pay special attention to all issues related to school safety. The President emphasized that in this aspect it is necessary to act very clearly, strictly fulfilling the requirements for equipping schools with video surveillance systems and emergency communication with the police.
Meanwhile, in the USA they created a 3D simulator in which you can practice actions during an attack on a school by criminals, shooting children and teachers. The goal of the game is to prepare teachers and law enforcement officers for school shootings.
