Governor of the Belgorod Region Vyacheslav Gladkov during a live broadcast on the network “In contact with” said that from today in the region there will be separate signals about missile danger and about the threat of a drone attack. Earlier signals and alerts about shelling from the Ministry of Emergency Situations were not distributed to drone attacks.
“From today, the Ministry of Emergency Situations separates the missile danger warning signal and the danger signal from UAVs. They will be transmitted depending on the warning from the Ministry of Defense and communicated to residents of the Belgorod region,” the governor explained.
At the beginning of last week, the authorities of the Belgorod region decided send missile warning signals at night. This measure was supported by the majority of residents who spoke out in a survey of the regional governor on social networks.
The Belgorod region is subjected to daily shelling from Ukraine. Yesterday, April 4, a car was damaged as a result of a drone attack in the village of Krasnoye, Shebekinsky urban district. As a result of the shelling of the village of Vyazovoy, Krasnoyaruzhsky district, a residential building was damaged.
