The remaining residents of the city were given humanitarian kits and personal protective equipment. Some residents left the city district. 850 people are in a temporary accommodation center in Stary Oskol. 114 people temporarily moved to the Yaroslavl region, 43 to Karachay-Cherkessia.

The day before, Belgorod Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov reported about another shelling of Grayvoron. According to the head of the region, a private house was damaged, but there were no casualties.
