In Russia, there are new fines for summer residents

In Russia, new fines for summer residents have appeared, according to the material of Izvestia.

Part of the new requirements concerns compliance with fire safety rules. The owners of plots in gardening partnerships and private houses were allowed, subject to the rules, to burn garbage and fry kebabs on their land. Now you can burn leaves 15 meters from buildings (previously it was 50 meters). You can fry kebabs on the grill at a distance of 5 meters from the buildings, however, at a distance of two meters there should be no combustible materials and dead wood. As noted, violation of these rules will cost 2-4 thousand rubles, and with the introduction of a special fire regime – tenfold.

The obligation to mow down the injury, destroy the hogweed and other harmful plants, as well as the dead wood, is also assigned to the owners of the plots. The fine in this case is 5,000 rubles for a summer resident and up to 500,000 rubles for the owner of agricultural land.

Another fine concerns the washing and repair of cars within the territory of a non-profit gardening partnership (305,000 rubles). If soil contamination is detected, the amount of the fine will increase to 10 thousand rubles.

The ban on the unauthorized creation of wells, which must have certificates, has been preserved. An improperly installed outdoor toilet can also cost 3-5 thousand rubles.
