Court sent Mansurshokh Faezov, a 50-year-old citizen of the Russian Federation and a native of Tajikistan, who owns this shawarma kiosk, was placed under house arrest. Two cooks and an assistant cook were also detained as part of the case. All of them are accused of mass poisoning of people (clauses “a” and “c” of Part 2 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, up to six years in prison).
