Kumertau Interdistrict Court refused in satisfaction of the claim against Mikhail Sychev, a 36-year-old resident of Kumertau, who asked that the conscription for a special military operation during partial mobilization be declared illegal. This was reported in the press service of the district court.

The man was handed the summons on September 23. In the military commissariat, he stated that he did not agree with the delivery of the summons, since he was “busy with constant care for a disabled child,” and submitted a confirming certificate, which was not taken into account, after which, on September 26, Mikhail Sychev filed a lawsuit with the court.

According to the press service of the Kumertau Interdistrict Court, the man did not declare the need for preliminary protection, so he is now in the service. On October 10, the court refused to satisfy the claim and recognized the man as subject to mobilization, since the man’s spouse lives with him, is not disabled or incompetent, according to decision court.
