In April, the schedule of electric trains on the Kazan direction of the Moscow Railway will change

The train schedule will change from March 31 on the Kazan direction of the Moscow Railway in connection with the preparation of the railway infrastructure for the launch of the MCD-3.

From March 31 to April 3, work will be carried out mainly at night, and from 02:00 on April 5 to 02:00 on April 27 – around the clock, the press service of the Moscow Railways reported.

In this regard, in the period from March 31 to April 2, in the intervals from 21.20 to 5.20, and from April 2 to 5 – from 22.50 to 6.50, the arrival and departure times of trains will change.

From April 5 to April 27, some electric trains will be taken out of the schedule, some will change the time of arrival, departure and the number of stops on the route.

Train intervals will increase to 20 minutes during peak hours and up to 40 minutes during the day. In addition, many electric trains during this period will run on a shortened route between Kazansky railway station and Perovo station.

In the capital’s Deptrans, passengers were urged to use alternative routes. For example, from the Kosino station of the Kazan direction, you can transfer to the station of the same name on the Nekrasovskaya metro line or to the station “Lermontovsky Prospekt” of the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya line, and from Perovo station of the Kazan direction there are ground transport routes to the station “Perovo” of the Kalinin metro line, “Andronovka” and “Highway of Enthusiasts” of the MCC, as well as TPU “Nizhegorodskaya”. At the same time, it is not recommended to transfer from the train to the metro at the Vykhino station due to the fact that there is already a very large passenger flow.
