ICAO puts a “red flag” on Russian aviation, like Bhutan and Eritrea

The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) has marked Russia with a “red flag” due to alleged safety concerns. reported in the Association of Tour Operators of Russia. Previously, only Bhutan and Eritrea received this status.
