An ugly story happened in the barbershop of a shopping center on Kronstadt Boulevard. A regular customer was denied service, because, according to the management of the institution, he began to literally terrorize the salon. Then the man sued the hairdresser.
As it became known to MK, the unfortunate incident that the court had to deal with occurred in February. A Muscovite, by the way, is a lawyer by education, and has repeatedly used the services of this barber shop (he lives nearby), but that time the visit ended in embarrassment. The 43-year-old man himself claims that he wanted to sign up for a haircut, but he was put out the door. “You have been denied access to our barbershop,” employees told him. The visitor filmed the final part of the scandal. The recording became a kind of evidence in court.
Hairdresser employees explained that they rarely refuse clients. However, this visitor, as they say, brought them “to the handle.” Allegedly, the client behaved boldly, asked the staff questions of a personal nature, and one employee eventually refused to serve him. The man even followed the other hairdresser: he hid behind the column of the shopping center, looking at how she works, after the shift he followed her. The security guard of the shopping center even tried to expose the importunate citizen, but he showed him a gas canister (at that time they even called the police). It is not surprising that in the end the annoying man was given a turn from the gate.
However, the court declared the excommunication from the barbershop illegal. In accordance with the law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, a representative of the service sector did not have the right to refuse any of the potential clients. As a result, according to the press service of the Golovinsky Court, the barbershop will have to pay the citizen 3,000 rubles in compensation for non-pecuniary damage and 1,500 in the form of a fine. In addition, they will again have to cut an unusual client.
