Google is going to integrate Gemini into Android – Kommersant

American corporation Google reported, which is going to add Gemini artificial intelligence features to the Android operating system and Android Auto. The company also announced other innovations for the Android operating system.

The Gemini chatbot will be available in Messages and will help, for example, improve jokes in correspondence with other users. The AI ​​will also offer its own options for answering other people’s questions, for example, it will calculate how long the user has left to travel to the destination. In Maps, Gemini will show expanded information about objects along the way, for example, indicating the opening hours of a catering establishment.

Also in the Android version of Documents, you can leave handwritten notes with a stylus or finger in a certain color. According to the developers, this will be even more informative than text comments. The Google Fitbit app will feature Health Connect integration, and Spotify will allow you to select your audio output device. Wear OS will feature access to Google Wallet documents.
