Tecno at MWC 2024 presented Pocket Go gaming console, which is a gamepad with AR Pocket Vision augmented reality glasses. The console runs on Windows, and AR glasses, according to a Tecno representative, will provide a new gaming experience and improve interaction with the device. The Pocket Vision AR headset uses 0.71-inch micro OLED displays, which allow the user to simulate a 215-inch screen visible from a distance of six meters. There is a diopter adjustment up to 600°, allowing you to adjust the sharpness for people with different visual acuity. Thanks to the built-in gyroscope, the device can track the player’s head position for greater immersion in the gameplay.

The console will have an 8-core, 16-thread AMD Ryzen 7 8840HS processor with a frequency of up to 5.1 GHz, as well as a replaceable 50 Wh battery. Thanks to a system of fans and copper tubes, heat will be removed from the components of the gaming system. The Tecno Smart Box universal control system will also allow you to control other devices in the ecosystem. The company has not yet announced the release date and cost of the device.
