Gasification of regions in full swing: heat supply to rural schools and hospitals will become cheaper

General Director of Severnaya Kompaniya LLC Ilya Shebalenkov on a unique development specifically for the social gasification program

The key point of the additional gasification program is not only the construction of inter-settlement gas pipelines, but also the adjustment of gas supply. But the construction of a boiler house is a rather expensive undertaking, since we are talking about a capital construction object. For gasified regions, an alternative solution was invented that allows significant savings. Ilya Shebalenkov, General Director of Severnaya Kompaniya LLC, spoke about the capabilities of the gas thermal block and its advantages to MK.

– What is your work within these projects?

We buy equipment and bury it in the ground. We make adjustments after gas supply. The main difficulty is the preparation of the facility for construction. Sometimes it takes more time than the installation of the pipe.

– Your company has been operating in the heat and gas supply market for 20 years. How many gas pipelines have you built as part of the program?

– We try to work in the European part of Russia. We build a lot. I think that within the framework of gasification and additional gasification of regions, we are talking about hundreds of kilometers a year.

– Is the produced equipment enough to meet the needs of the aftergasification program?

– Yes. Over the past year, a lot has been done in terms of import substitution. For example, more and more factories in Russia are making pipes. The production of polyethylene fittings for installation has increased. Previously, they were predominantly imported. So there are enough accessories. There are no problems with this.

– What solutions have you specifically developed for this program to connect consumers faster and easier?

– Severnaya Kompaniya developed, patented and began to produce a compact heating unit TGU-NORD S – a wall-mounted outdoor gas thermoblock. How does TGU-NORD S differ from a conventional gas boiler? There are three distinctive features that distinguish TSU-NORD from other heating installations for private houses: 1) outdoor placement, 2) wall placement, 3) compactness. Thus, it is possible to simplify and reduce the cost of heat supply to individual houses and public organizations: rural schools, kindergartens, hospitals. Another significant plus is safety. Thanks to our installation, gas does not enter the house. Also, when installing this thermoblock, there is no need for numerous approval documentation, there is no need to build a boiler room. This convenient solution was born specifically for the gasification program. There was a need, we developed such a product.

– If you use your solution, how much will it cost the consumer?

– Approximately 118 thousand rubles. Plus, installation will cost about the same. But the consumer will not have to pay extra for work, for example, on redevelopment of the kitchen, cutting out windows, etc.
