On the Kursk and Riga directions of the MCD-2, from September 19 to 25, changes are introduced to the schedule of commuter trains.
The changes are being introduced due to the work to modernize the infrastructure at the Podolsk-Hryvno section and the Rizhskaya transport hub. This was reported in the press service of the Central Suburban Passenger Company (CPPK).
From September 19 to 23, the schedule of electric trains running along the MCD-2 will change from 22:00 to 06:00. In addition, on September 21 and 22, after 22:00, trains to Moscow will not stop at Silikatnaya and Ostafyevo stations.
And on weekends – from 01:00 on September 24 to 04:00 on September 25 – it will not be possible to get to the Rizhsky railway station by MCD-2 trains. Electric trains will proceed to the Square of Three Stations and the Kursk Station. Also, the final stop of express trains from Muravyevo will be not Rizhsky, but Kursky Station. From there they will return.
You can find the current timetable at website CPPC.
