The website of the Constitutional Court of Russia reports the death at the age of 92 of the former chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Law, Marat Baglay. Let us recall that Marat Baglay became a judge of the Constitutional Court in February 1995, and two years later he replaced Vladimir Tumanov as chairman. In 2003, Baglay transferred the post to Valery Zorkin.
