A resident of the village of Alferovo, Chekhov urban district, was recently sentenced by a magistrate court for cruelty to animals. For the fact that a citizen tortured and then killed a dog, he received a suspended sentence of 1 year and 5 months.
As MK learned, the most terrible massacre occurred in July last year. A goose farm worker suspected that the chickens and pheasants were being slowly dragged out of the pen by a stray dog, which was being fed by residents of the rural settlement of Stremilovskoye. Having somehow waylaid the unfortunate animal, the flayer attacked the dog and stuffed the mongrel into a bag. The animal whined, and people in the neighboring yard heard it. They ran out into the street and began to demand from the neighbor that he immediately let the poor fellow go. But it was not there. Having crushed the dog with his knee, the man took out a homemade knife, felt its throat and cut it. And then he calmly dragged the body bag to the trash heap.
Fortunately, local residents filmed this sadistic act and contacted the police. Law enforcement officers detained the criminal, and he did not deny it. He fully admitted his guilt, adding that at that moment he was perfectly aware of what he was doing. A psychiatric examination found him completely sane. Thus, there were no grounds for mitigating the sentence – the magistrates of Judicial District No. 333 of the Chekhov Judicial District of the Moscow Region found the torturer guilty and sentenced him to 1 year and 5 months of suspended imprisonment.
It is noteworthy that this is the flayer’s third conviction. The man managed to serve time for using counterfeit banknotes and for fraud.
