Festival of professions from “Ticket to the Future” – more than 100,000 participants

19 regions, 100,000 participants, hundreds of professions, millions of views – with these results the two-year cycle of career guidance festivals of the “Ticket to the Future” project, which is being implemented with the support of the national project “Education” throughout the country, is coming to an end.

Festivals as a format for career guidance have become an instrument of the state program “Ticket to the Future,” aimed at the individual development of a child’s potential.

This year’s final sites in Tver, Kaliningrad and Blagoveshchensk are marked by the high quality of the program, and these are practical events, bright game mechanics, engaging formats developed taking into account the age characteristics of schoolchildren, acquaintance with enterprises, production laboratories, virtual production models, simulation games, master classes and current professions.

“The Festival of Professions has become one of the effective tools for promoting career guidance. Thanks to him, Russian children learn in practice what cannot be explained in theory, communicate with successful representatives of different professions, and discover the meaning of the term “career growth.” This is especially important in light of the adoption today in the third reading of the employment law, which provides for an emphasis on youth employment, for which “Ticket to the Future” and its career guidance tools are an excellent starting platform,” said Ivan Yesin, head of the Humanitarian Projects Fund.
