A disgusting story happened in a village near Tomsk – there two drunk women dragged their neighbor, a disabled person from childhood, out into the cold, who was unable to resist. And she couldn’t even just call for help – the woman doesn’t speak well. The “jokers” dragged her, naked to the waist, to the street to “wash.” They stripped me, threw me on the snow, doused me with some kind of swill, then shampoo…

The disgusting “stream” was filmed by the 15-year-old daughter of one of the aggressors. She has four children in total, but the younger ones were taken away by her guardianship for drunkenness. But she raises the eldest, “educates” herself. He teaches in his own image and likeness. The recording was leaked to the social network, as usual, by the sadists themselves. Probably with the same cozy feeling with which Saltychikha would manage her account today.

But the last straw in the history of alcoholic degradation was not even a schoolgirl with a perverted mother. And the head of the administration of the rural settlement of Novikovka, Asinsky district, where all this happened. “This happens here almost every day,” he was not surprised. “They’ll throw a log to a neighbor, then they’ll get drunk.” Why should I react to everything?

And in local public pages they discussed all this somewhat sluggishly, calling on “these drunks” themselves to “put the f…ing out in the cold.” Like, fools, what can we take from them…

It turns out that the situation itself is a ready-made basis for a horror film scene; there is a whole line of thrillers about people who are trapped and cannot defend themselves: deaf, blind, unable to walk… But people don’t see anything particularly terrible in this. And, most importantly, the local authorities do not see anything terrible, making statements like this – “What should I do, react to everything?”

In search of an analogy, only the signs of the Middle Ages come to mind, where it was normal to shame people with disabilities. And to have fun exactly as the mob of illiterate peasants whose rights were infringed imagined fun. Although, sometimes the bar had no better fun. But now…

In addition, as the villagers say, a couple of drunks visited the unfortunate unhealthy woman before. And the Tomsk region is not a depressed region at all. This is so as not to explain such moral decay to oneself by the difficulty of life, low wages, or economic reasons. The maxims about “nothing special” with a complete lack of empathy for the disabled victim are at least honest and frank. Without bending into a highly spiritual plane.

I would venture to suggest that it was not by chance that scenes worthy of Goya’s famous “Caprichos” from the cycle “The Sleep of Reason Gives Birth to Monsters” erupted over our open spaces. There was a complete loss of landmarks. The breadth of historical steps with frequent changes in milestones, and whatever – 180-degree turns and changing shoes on the spot, have led to the fact that faith in goodness has been lost. It turns out that we found ourselves in the territory of a complete social and political experiment. And during the experiment, they don’t cry about the experimental mice. So the local administration doesn’t understand – what happened?

I really want to believe that at least the investigative committee of the Asinovsky MSO, which began to clarify the circumstances of what happened, will understand. And he will not only draw the right conclusions, but also take real actions.
