A snowboard tournament took place in the Sochi mountain cluster. Its participants were students of sports school No.14 and their parents.
The press service of the Sochi mayor’s office said that the “parent + child” pair had to show skill at the Olympic distance in slalom. The result was calculated based on two attempts. The winners were chosen in several categories: separately in the children’s race, in pairs, in the categories “snowboard + snowboard” and “snowboard + alpine skiing”. All participants received diplomas, and the winners were awarded medals.
