Ex-star of “Cream” Karina Koks spoke about her husband: he allowed “not to work at all”

Once upon a time, the songs of VIA “Cream” thundered from every iron, and Karina Koks’s face did not leave the covers of magazines. But as you know, each group has its own “golden period”. Gradually, the popularity of the team became less, and Karina herself seemed to fade into the shadows. But quite unexpectedly the other day she was spotted at the premiere of the cartoon. Moreover, together with two girls. As it turned out, the star of the 2000s is the mother of two daughters. She has 11-year-old Camilla and 8-year-old Alana. She shared the details of the children’s lives, and more, with MK.

– I have ordinary children, they study in an ordinary private school. The eldest is in the fourth grade, the youngest is in the first. They are not bloggers, not singers, not actors. They just grow up and enjoy life. It is clear that every child has talent, but I never insist that they do what I would like. So I just intuitively look at what they like and put resources into it and create some kind of ground for development. The eldest is interested in fencing and dancing, and the youngest is a little bit of everything.

– Well, do any of them have vocal abilities?

“They sing well, but they don’t study music because they found it boring when I suggested it to them.” We tried to practice the piano several times, but literally after a month we realized that we weren’t there yet.

– Who helps you look after your daughters?

– I have a nanny who picks up the children from school, and I bring them there myself, because it’s very early. I don’t want to make it difficult for anyone; it’s easier for me to get up and take them away myself. I’m generally an athlete: I get up early and do exercises (smiles). Sometimes I can do yoga.

– Besides taking care of children, what else is new in life?

– I mostly have work now. It sounds corny, but I really have a lot of projects now in which I take part. Musical and non-musical, but also very interesting. Therefore, I am very glad that my life has turned out this way – a lot of resources have appeared. The children went to school, and there was more time for my favorite work.

– Do you ever have a vacation?

– I missed the summer because I was filming in one cool project, I was neither in the summer Crimea nor in Moscow. I was in another part of the planet, where it was winter. But I don’t regret anything, it was very cool. I liked it very much. And recently we went to Dubai and celebrated the birthday of our youngest daughter. Very cool point, I didn’t expect Dubai to be so friendly and accommodating to tourists. Despite my profession, it was my first time there. I visited the city as a tourist, and realized that it was great there with children.

– In recent weeks, show business has been abuzz when it comes to the topic of plastic surgery. How do you feel about this issue?

– I am neutral because I understand that plastic surgery helps many people solve medical problems. When someone has an accident, you never know what reasons there are. Women or men who want to change their appearance have the right to do so. Your body is your business. If I ever need the help of a plastic surgeon, I will contact, but I haven’t contacted yet….

– We found out about the children, but what about Karina Cox’s personal life?

– I have been living with my husband for almost 14 years, and we have not thought about separating. My husband is always a leader for me. And despite the fact that I can earn a lot of money occasionally, he is still responsible for everything. I work for my own pleasure. Initially, it turned out that my husband took full responsibility for providing for the family, and he immediately told me: “You don’t have to work at all if you don’t want to. But if you want, work.”

– I wonder where such husbands are found? How did you meet?

– We were friends for a very long time. He was a dancer, then a famous DJ. Here we live and rejoice.
