In Moscow, a court sentenced ex-rector of Shaninka Zuev to 4 years of probation
The court sentenced the ex-rector of the Moscow Higher School of Social and Economic Sciences (Shaninki) Sergei Zuev to four years of suspended imprisonment in a fraud case. This was reported by the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction in Moscow.
At the trial, Zuev admitted guilt.
The decision was also issued to ex-Deputy Minister of Education Marina Rakova. She was sentenced to five years in a general regime colony.
According to investigators, the accused stole 50 million rubles allocated to Shaninka while lobbying Rakova.
