Recall that Denis Sugrobov was serving a 12-year term in a colony in the Ryazan region for creating an organized criminal community and exceeding his authority. After spending half of his term in prison, the former head of the GUEBiPK Ministry of Internal Affairs asked for parole.
In early June, the Skopinsky District Court of the Ryazan Region on parole freed Sugrobov.
