In particular, the parent not only does not pay child support, but also does not communicate and does not support the child. In 33%, the father himself does not have any desire to take part in the child’s life.
At the same time, the study showed that 31% of the fathers who take part in the life of the child provide money and give gifts, 19% regularly meet with their children, and 12% often call on the phone. Another 11% of fathers are involved in all significant decisions.
