A participant in the TV show “Tomboys” Laurita Karpova was at the center of a scandal because of a photo shoot in Dagestan, depicting the moment of her “engagement” with her friend. According to Baza, some time ago, Laurita published her photos with a friend and a ring and wrote about an “exciting moment”, but soon she and the rest of the participants began to receive insults and threats.
By data Baza, the girl-photographer got the most: she was scolded for daring to take these “same-sex” photos in the Sulak Canyon of Dagestan. After the scandal broke out, Laurita deleted posts with photos. She also told Baza that it was just a photo session and there was no “marriage proposal”.
However, now the participant of the TV show and others involved can expect a new round of scandal. How report “Beware of the news,” State Duma deputy Sultan Khamzaev complained about them to the Prosecutor General’s Office, saying that “same-sex marriages and propaganda of LGBT relations are prohibited in Russia.” In his opinion, the situation looks especially provocative due to the fact that the photos were taken in Dagestan, where, as he believes, the public is especially negative about “all kinds of such perversions.” The deputy asked the prosecutor’s office to check “the immoral and illegal trick of two citizens” and “punish them to the fullest extent of the current legislation.”
According to “Caution, news”, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Dagestan has already started checking the photos.
