Elena Vorobey spoke about the difficult correspondence with Galygin: “I didn’t expect such a guy from the army”

The artist spoke about the stress of meeting with classmates from Belarus

Elena Vorobey, whom we know well as an artist of the humorous genre, showed the world her other talents. The star recorded the song “Chasiki”, and even shot a video for it with the participation of stars. Moreover, as it turned out, the idea arose after the stress Elena suffered during a meeting with classmates. She shared the dramatic and curious details of what happened with MK.

“Several years ago we met either in a cafe or in a restaurant. I remember how surprised I was when I entered the hall and saw some people unfamiliar to me. It’s just that in my memory my classmates were still angular teenagers, but here sat grown men and women. My first reaction: “I must have the wrong door.” I forced myself to linger, because these people in the hall shouted: “Oh, here comes Lenok! Now we can begin!” It was such a bright event in my life that it is etched in my memory forever. And then, while studying the problem of this reaction of mine, I learned that it is absolutely typical for all people who have not seen their classmates for many years,” said Sparrow.

In general, the emotions received were so ingrained in her memory that Elena, under the impression, wrote a song in collaboration with Yulia Lebeda and decided to also shoot a video. And this, according to the actress, was one of her craziest ideas.

“When my song “The Clock” about “a girl has no age” came out into the world, I remembered that meeting with my classmates. And, imagine, I wanted to bring that same class from Brest to the shooting, from the real secondary school number 20 on Karbysheva Street,” the artist shared. – But the class is large, 38 people. Unfortunately, some are no longer alive, some have serious health problems, some have difficulties in their personal lives, work according to a schedule without the opportunity to get away even for a day. In a word, these and other complicating circumstances made it impossible to bring a large number of people to Moscow. But I still persuaded several classmates to give the go-ahead, bought them tickets and brought part of the class to Moscow.”

After Sparrow received the go-ahead from her Belarusian classmates, she decided to go even further. She suddenly wanted to see her classmates with whom she studied at the St. Petersburg Theater Academy on the set.

“The story here turned out to be simpler,” admits Elena. – It was easy to find phone numbers, I continued to communicate with some of the guys. True, people with a theater education who have dedicated their lives to the stage are very busy people. Therefore, again, not everyone gave the go-ahead. But my favorite ones were able to come to Moscow to star in the video.”

As a result, there are now many familiar faces among those who can be seen in the frame. These are Anatoly Zhuravlev, Anzhelika Milyutina, Lena Zakharova, Dmitry Khoronko, Klim Starkin and even Vadim Galygin. Although the latter did not study with Sparrow, he was close enough to star in the video.

“He is my fellow countryman and my colleague on the comedy team. We have been friends for a long time, and, to be honest, for the sake of Vadik Galygin, I even postponed the shooting of this video. I invited him back in the spring, but he couldn’t then because of his enormous workload. And when this time I planned the date, I wrote an SMS to Vadik, after which he could not refuse me. There was this text: “Vadik, I didn’t wait as long for the guy from the army as I did for you.” And after that he shifted his schedule and came to filming.”
