Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Maxim Oreshkin spoke at the opening of the Sberbank conference on artificial intelligence AI Journey. He said that AI has already entered all spheres of Russian life.
“In Russia, even in such a conservative environment as healthcare, there are already 16% of organizations that have already implemented solutions based on artificial intelligence. Obviously, this trend will only gain momentum,” Oreshkin said.
According to him, AI technologies will change life in Russia step by step.
“We are already having our 8th conference. If you remember these 8 years, it all started as a conference of some future new technology that will one day come and change something, now it is already a banality to say that artificial intelligence has entered all areas, is changing our lives, making the lives of people all over the planet It’s better in Russia too,” Oreshkin said.
The speaker drew the attention of the participants to the fact that he came to the conference wearing a sweatshirt from a Russian brand.
“Very active changes have been taking place in Russia over the past year, they are happening in all areas, positive changes are taking place. Russian consumer brands are replacing Western ones. Today I am happy to stand before you in one of the Russian brands, which has been growing very actively in recent years. The industry is making great progress, showing double-digit growth rates. Well, it’s very cool that Russia also shows very serious achievements in technology,” he shared.
