The Shubins’ estate of the early 19th century, located near the Pushkinskaya metro station, will be restored. The city will put up for sale part of the building at Malaya Dmitrovka, building 12, building 2. Anyone can compete for the right to restore life to the historic building, and then rent it on a preferential lease.

“In the second quarter of this year, the city will put up for auction under the program “1 ruble per square meter per year” part of the cultural heritage site on Malaya Dmitrovka Street in the Tverskoy District. Now this monument of the 19th century is in an unsatisfactory condition,” said Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations.

The Vice Mayor specified that the winner of the auction would have to restore it within the first five years. Restoration work should be carried out on the basis of a project agreed by the Moscow Department of Cultural Heritage. After that, the investor will be able to switch to a preferential rental rate. The premises can be used for offices, catering or shopping facilities.

According to the head of the DGI Maxim Gaman, the area of ​​the premises put up for auction in the building is 422.3 square meters. meters, including 8.4 sq. basement meters. After restoration, the tenant will be able to choose the purpose of the premises from the list specified in the contract.

It should be noted that the building is known as the urban estate of the Shubins – Sytenko – Vladimirov. In 1838–1839 Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin and Yevgeny Abramovich Baratynsky visited the house.
