Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova announced an increase in life expectancy in the country in the first quarter of 2023.
“Now for the first quarter, this figure is 73.31 years,” said Golikova.
She also noted that life expectancy in the Russian Federation at the end of the past year was 72.8 years. At the same time, the mortality rate in the country for 2022 decreased by 22 percent.
In addition, Golikova called for more active work in all areas of medical care in the country, even with positive trends.
