Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications Dmitry Oguryaev was relieved of his post. His post will be taken by Sergei Tsvetkov, director of the e-government infrastructure development department, the press service of the Ministry of Digital Development reported.
Oguryaev has worked at the Ministry of Digital Development since 2020. Under his leadership, the State Services portal was updated and a family of mobile portal applications was launched, the press service noted. During this time, standards for the provision and monitoring of digital services were also introduced, and the digital assistant Max was launched.
Tsvetkov has been working at the Ministry of Digital Development for more than ten years, all this time focusing on public services. He oversaw the development of services for registering for school and kindergarten, remote admission to universities, processing payments for families with children, launching an electronic compulsory medical insurance policy on the portal, etc. In his new position, he will be involved in the development of government electronic services and the implementation of super services on the portal.
