Daria Trepova (listed as a terrorist and extremist), in a conversation with a psychologist, called the day of the murder of military correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky “Fireworks Day.” One of the victims in the explosion case, Marat Arnis, spoke about this. He shared his memories of what happened with reporters.
Arnis noted that he learned about the conversation between Trepova and the psychologist from the case materials. And he believes that this particular remark indicates that the defendant knew what exactly was contained in the figurine. This is also evidenced by the fact that when Vladlen Tatarsky shook the presented figurine, Trepova instinctively covered herself with her hands.
The victim recalled: the military correspondent urgently asked the girl to sit next to him. Daria did not want to do this, and the third time she managed to sit away.
The first hearing in the case began today in St. Petersburg. The meeting is open. The prosecution began to read out the indictment. Trepova admits her guilt only partially. She again insists that she did not know about the explosives in the figurine.
