Towns, a giant twister and, of course, races – all this awaited the residents of the Murmansk region at the All-Russian competitions “Cross of the Nation”. The event started in the Murmansk region on September 17th.
Little northerners took part in the event: they started the races. Little athletes overcame a distance of 200 meters. As part of the event, adults had to run from 1 to 12 kilometers.
The program also included non-standard sports games, such as giant twister, petanque and jenga. Northerners could also demonstrate agility and speed in traditional towns and a cross-country relay race.
Earlier, MK in Murmansk reported that during the Gulf Stream a new record was set in a swim across the Kola Bay.
