Murmansk football club “Sever” got the palm in the Championship of the North-West Federal District among men’s teams. The northerners defeated the school “Leningradets” with a score of 3:1.
The match was held in the native lands of the “North” – in Murmansk. Matvey Bogatov scored the first and only goal in the 41st minute against the regional capital. Ilya Vaganov, Ivan Ignatenko and Anton Navolotsky scored three goals in total against Leningradets.
In total, the Murmansk team managed to score 35 points in 14 matches and get the title of champion.
