A video appeared on the Web in which two Chechens stand in garbage cans and utter words of apology.
According to the Baza Telegram channel, the situation is related to the fact that they had previously mocked a man by putting him in a trash can and posting a corresponding video.
However, the video was seen by the “big brothers” of the two hooligans, who forced them to make a public apology on video camera. At the same time, in order for the situation to be fair in relation to the offended man, the hooligans were forced to apologize from the garbage cans.
