By 2025, Rosreestr will reduce the time for cadastral registration and registration of rights for most actions, it will not exceed one day. This was announced by the head of Rosreestr Oleg Skufinsky. The program will be tested in pilot mode next year.
“An important task is to achieve “digital maturity” and improve the quality of public services and services. Already today we have reduced the period of cadastral registration and registration of rights to two days, we register more than 85% of electronic mortgages in less than 24 hours,” said Mr. Skufinsky in an interview. According to him, a single digital platform for spatial data, including new services for quickly obtaining information and short terms for registering rights, will first be tested in the Krasnodar and Perm Territories, Tatarstan and the Irkutsk Region. By 2024, the number of pilot regions will increase to 20.
Oleg Skufinsky also announced the creation of 11 electronic services for the convenience of registration actions and obtaining information about a property. All 11 services will be launched next year, and nine more are planned to be created in 2023-2024.
