BTS’s Jungkook asks fans to wait for him from the army

Popular K-pop singer from BTS Jeon Jungkook addressed fans before joining the army. He noted that he will remember his fans with warmth and hopes that they will wait for him.
“In December I will begin a new journey. I’m leaving you for a while to serve in the army. Every moment I shared with you was the highlight of my life. The laughter, support and love of ARMY (fans of the group) brought me to where I am today. Thank you so much for walking this path with me,” the singer wrote on social networks.
The singer also expressed hope that he will return to the stage again with the other members of the group.
BTS gained worldwide fame and became one of the most popular Korean groups by 2017. They have millions of fans all over the world. However, in South Korea, all men must serve in the army for about two years, and no one makes an exception for famous performers.
