The court rejected Elena Blinovskaya’s claim against the Federal Tax Service
The Moscow Arbitration Court rejected the application of blogger Elena Blinovskaya to the tax inspectorate, in which she demanded that decisions to prosecute her be declared illegal.
The plaintiff claimed that “the tax authority committed significant violations in the calculations.” According to the “marathon queen’s” lawyers, the tax authorities overstated the data on their client’s income, and understated the data on expenses.
“We will completely refuse to satisfy Blinovskaya’s demands,” judge Efim Ladik read out the decision.
