Bild: a room for sexual games was arranged in a German kindergarten

A nursery in northern Germany has set up a room where children can “pat and explore each other’s bodies.”

According to Bild, the Hannover branch of the Workers’ Welfare Association planned to equip the room for “playing doctor”. However, kindergarten teachers have developed a methodology whereby the children in the room can “stroke and explore” their own body and the bodies of other children.

The kindergarten management happily sent letters to parents informing them about the innovation, but many fathers and mothers were shocked and outraged by this idea and they filed a complaint demanding to figure out what was happening in the preschool.

A sofa with pillows and blankets was installed in the room, and a play cave with soft bedding was also equipped. The letter notes that “children are interested in exploring their bodies and the bodies of other children.”

In addition, in the message, the teachers noted that if earlier the children satisfied their curiosity by peeping at each other in the showers and in the bushes, now the kids will be able to do this in a relaxed atmosphere. Nobody will look after the children. The kindergarten management said that each child will decide for himself whether he wants to engage in “bodily and sexual games” and with whom.

One of the developed rules states that girls and boys can “stroke or study each other only as much as it pleases them”.

They also decided to hang pictures in the room, which will show what can and cannot be done. In particular, the pictograms will explain to babies that nothing should be injected into “holes on the body of another child.”

“This is by far the most disgusting thing I’ve ever read,” one parent wrote in a kindergarten chat.

The Ministry of Culture of Lower Saxony has already reacted to the scandal, saying that the pedagogical concept of such premises in this form cannot be accepted. And in the Workers’ Welfare Association, they shifted all responsibility to the kindergarten.
