Chairman of the RF Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin demanded a report on the investigation into the circumstances of violation of children’s rights in one of the educational institutions in the Moscow region, as reported on the department’s Telegram channel.

Based on the facts stated in the media about the bullying of the children of a SVO participant in a gymnasium in Istra, a criminal case has been opened for the provision of services that do not meet life and health safety requirements.

Investigators have already begun interrogations.

Earlier, the Mash Telegram channel reported that the son and daughter of human rights activist Pavel Pyatnitsky, who is a volunteer of the SVO, began to be bullied in one of the elite gymnasiums in Istra, after his wife offered to collect help for participants in a special military operation.

Pyatnitsky claims that the teacher pushed his 11-year-old son out of the office and forbade him to participate in a reading competition, after which the boy had to be shown to doctors.

And in a photograph of Pyatnitsky’s daughter from a swimming competition, the “I am Russian” logo was smeared on the girl’s sweatshirt, given to her by the singer Shaman. According to the channel, later this frame was replaced with the original one.

The Investigative Committee’s statement emphasizes that during the investigation, all arguments specified in the publication will be assessed.
