Attacks on villages in northern Burkina Faso kill 170 people
The prosecutor in the town of Vahiguia, Yatenga province in Burkina Faso, Ali Benjamin Coulibaly, said that attacks were carried out in the villages of Komsliga, Nodine and Soro, which, according to preliminary data, led to the death of 170 residents.
The attackers “executed” their victims, said a prosecutor cited by the Burkina News Agency.
